Art Rogers - Lead Pastor

Our Lead Pastor began serving on Sunday, July 9, 2006.  Art is a story teller that brings life to the Scriptures and can have you laughing and crying moments apart.  You will be challenged to live differently every Sunday as Art teaches and then gives us practical steps to take during the week.

His wife, Bonnie, is a Curriculum Resource Instructor at an area school.  Jimmy and Hannah are both active in our Youth Ministry..

Art graduated from Houston Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity Degree, with Biblical Languages.

David was called to service as Worship and Young Adults Pastor on January 11, 2009.  David is a tremendous worship leader with a heart for God.  His ability to make friends with strangers in a few moments has endeared him to our fellowship.  Our Young Adults Ministry is blossoming under David's leadership.

David is married to Amy and they have two young ladies, Peyton and Brynlee that are precious to all of us.  Frankly, we wanted the girls.  David and Amy came along with the deal.

Justin Myrick - Student Pastor

 Justin was called to be our Student Pastor on May 17, 2009.  He has ministered to students both here in America, and also in North Africa with the International Mission Board.  Justin loves the Word of God, and takes joy in challenging students with the truths contained in it.

His wife, Brooke, is a registered nurse working at a local hospital here in Tulsa.  

Justin graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Church Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Patti Brock - Pastor's Secretary

Patti Brock is a Minister's Wife, so she knows ministry from a first hand basis.  Married to Merle, Patti seeks to organize the running of the church with grace and diligence.

Shirley Turner - Financial Secretary

Having served here longer than any other of our staff, Shirley Turner blesses our office with sacrificial service and a heart for Skelly Drive Baptist Church.  With her husband, Leo, she raised her family in this church.

You will find that Shirley will do all she can to make this church the best church it can be.

John is a diligent and hard working self starter.  God sent us a great servant to manage our facility when He sent us John.

John's work history is long and varied.  It seems like he knows something about everything.  We have been blessed with his addition to our staff.
